Superintendent Defends Actions Over Jesus Drawing - Boston News Story - WCVB Boston

Please take a look at the article linked above.  This is yet another outrageous example of anti-Christian behavior at its finest. These school officials thought it was appropriate to force an 8 year old special needs boy who drew a picture of Jesus on the cross to undergo psychiatric testing.  They required the testing before allowing him to return to school.  Whats worse is that after a public backlash which included the Mayor of the town demanding the school superintendent apologize to the family, the superintendent defends the school actions.

In the minds of these anti-Christian zealots anyone who believes in the Truth of the risen Lord and Savior must be a lunatic and because of that they should undergo psychological testing.  When will people wake up and recognize the anti-Christian actions that are pervasive in our society? We are a predominently self-identified Christian citizenry.  However, we have allowed a certain segment of society to make us believe that our beliefs and faith have to take a back seat.  They claim we are crazy or bigots and rather than combat those lies and propoganda we shrink in fear. Its high time we stood up to these shenanigans. Why are we abdicating to these people the responsibilty and authority of shaping the society we want to live in?

Be strengthened by the passages below and remember to hold the line and do not allow others to place you in fear or submission because of your faith.

Psalm 46 (1-3)

“God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear, even if earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge!”

Isaiah 41 (10,11,13)

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.  All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish.
For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.
