So it appears that Sotomayor will get a vote before the August recess. However, this is not our biggest worry right now. The health care reform and Cap and Tax Global Warming bills are moving ahead in Congress and make no doubt about it that President Obama will sign them if they pass both houses and that will be the beginning of a California style bankruptcy on a national level. Look for more on those issues to come this week.
